Tasmat asaktah satatam karyam karma samachara I
Asaktah hi acharan karma  param apnoti purushah II sloka 19
तस्मात असक्तः सततं कार्यं कर्म समाचार I
असक्तः हि आचरन कर्म परम् आप्नोति पुरुषः II श्लोक १९

Therefore, without attachment do your work which ought to be done. For, a man who works without attachment attains the Supreme.

Therefore considering that work has to be performed with detachment, you perform it, considering yourself a non-agent. This wll be declared in the words 'with detachment' &  'which ought to be done' meaning that one attains the Supreme by Karma Yoga itself.
