निर असिः निर्मम भूत्वा युध्यस्व विगत ज्वरह् ।। श्लोक ३०

Surrendering all actions to Me, with your thoughts resting on Self, freed from hope & selfishness & cured of mental fever, engage in battle

The more one attunes one's mind to truth, the more one gains in equilibrium. The truth is, the Lord is the invisible propeller of all actions in the universe. He is the true owner of everything sentient & insentient. Man's prerogative is to know this truth and adjust his life activities accordingly. His mental fever gets pacified  in that way. Further efficiency in the execution of duty increases in him.
Iswara, the Lord of the Universe smiles on 2 derisory occasions. When the son is sinking on his death bed, the doctor assures the despondent mother, "Dont be afraid; I am here to save your son."This is the first occasion on which God is moved to smile. 2 brothers survey and share a land saying , "That portion is mine and this is yours". This is the 2nd occasion when Iswara smiles.
Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa
There are aspirants who donot understand that the real doer and owner of everything is Iswara; How about them? The answer is given in the next sloka.
