1 Gita Sloka Every Day - Chapter 18 - Moksha Sanyasa Yoga - Sloka 26
After dilating on knowledge and action, the Lord now dilates on the agent:
Mukta sangah anaham vaadi dhruti utsaha samanvitah I
Siddhi asiddhyoho nirvikara karta sattvika uchyate II sloka 26
मुक्त संगः अनहम् वादी धृति उत्साह समन्वितः I
सिद्धि असिद्योहोः निर्विकार कर्ता सात्त्विक उच्यते II श्लोक 26
An agent who is free from attachment, non-egotistic, embued with firmness and zeal and unaffected by success or failure, is called as sattvika.
The doer who does not have attachment to the fruits of his actions; does not have the wrong feeling that he is the doer; bears patiently the pain that arises when the work is being done; has the enthusiasm to do the work; is not affected by success or failure in war and such other actions; and is unaffected whether he succeeds in gathering wealth and materials for such karmas or not; such a person is sattvika.
