1 Gita Sloka  Every Day - Chapter 13 - Kshetra Kshetrajna Yoga - Sloka 15

Bahih antah cha bhutanam acharam charam eva cha I
Sukshma tvat tat avigyeyam durastham cha antike cha tat II sloka 15
बहिः अन्तः च भूतानां अचरं चरं एव च I
सूक्ष्म त्वत् तत् अविज्ञेयं दुरस्थाम् च अन्तिके च तत् II श्लोक 15

Without and within all beings; the unmoving  and also the moving; because of his subtelty He is incomprehensible; He is far and near.

How the cosmic consciousness remains undivided can be explained through a few smilies. In a block of ice immersed in the sea, the water is present within and without. Again akasha  remains undivided in and through all the things with form and formless.Similarly Paramatma is all pervading and undivided through all forms. There is movement on teh surface of the  sea, while it is all stillness at the bottom. The sea water transformed into water becomes subtle and invisible. To the ignorant one, God is far away  somewhere in Vaikuntam. But to the knowing one, None is nearer than God, He being the innermost self.
